A network outage impacting ERIE systems continues. All available resources are working to restore access as soon as possible. Online Account and Customer Care are not yet operational. We will continue to provide status updates as information becomes available.
Your Coverage – Still active, no lapse.
Auto Payments (P&C) – Paused for now.
Online Access – Temporarily unavailable.
Policy Documents – Can’t be accessed digitally.
Claims – Must be called in directly.
Rental Help – Enterprise is available to assist.
Note: Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) for P&C policies will NOT be withdrawn during this time.

Need to Make a Payment? We’ve Got Options.
✅ Mail a check to Erie Insurance with your policy number noted.
🚫 Do not mail cash.
✅ If you’ve previously set up EriePay (Agent Sweep), we can accept cash or checks and submit them once systems are restored.
🔁 Automatic withdrawals (EFT) are not being processed for Property & Casualty at this time.
