Ellen Fenton
The Owner / CEO (CPCU,AU)
Ellen has worked as a licensed insurance agent and broker since 1984, building decades of experience across personal and commercial insurance. After years in the industry, Ellen and her husband, Tom, opened Ellen Fenton & Company Insurance in Ellicottville in 2017.
Her approach is rooted in education, conversation, and helping clients better understand their insurance options. Ellen is also a New York State Notary and remains actively involved in the Ellicottville community.

Tom Fenton
Co-Founder/Husband
Tom is co-founder of Ellen Fenton & Company Insurance and played an important role in bringing the Ellicottville agency to life. Insurance has deep roots in his family, dating back to his grandfather’s insurance agency in the 1950s.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and strong connection to the community, Tom continues to support the agency’s growth, relationships, and sales efforts.

Robin Rider
VP of Operations API, AINS, AIS
Robin joined EFC in 2022 as Vice President of Operations, bringing more than 35 years of insurance experience to the team. She specializes in personal lines and is a licensed insurance agent and broker as well as a New York State Notary.
Known for her attention to detail and thorough approach, Robin helps support clients throughout the insurance process and plays an important role in the agency’s day-to-day operations.

Jessica Wallace
Licensed Agent | Office Development Manager
Jessica joined EFC in 2018 and serves as Office Development Manager. She oversees the agency’s marketing, advertising, social media, and office development while also supporting clients as a licensed insurance agent and broker.
Her role connects the day-to-day growth of the agency with the client experience, helping EFC stay visible, organized, and connected throughout the communities it serves.
