With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Ellen and her team have grown EFC into a family-owned, full-service agency proudly serving clients across New York and Pennsylvania.     Co-founder of Ellen Fenton & Company Insurance on December 1, 2016. Licensed agent and broker since 1984. Experienced in all lines of insurance including personal, commercial and life. After having kids and grandkids, Ellen, with her husband Tom’s encouragement, decided to make the jump. She opened the office at 39 Mill St, Ellicottville, NY, in March of 2017 and expanded by opening a second location in July of 2023 in Franklinville, NY. Licensed insurance agent & broker and NYS notary.

    Tom Fenton

    Co-Founder/Husband

    Co-Founder and inspiration of Ellen Fenton & Company Insurance. Bringing to fruition the opening of EFC. Tom comes from a family of insurance owned agencies which started with his grandfather back in the 50’s. Entrepreneur and visionary, he leads the sales team to helping those in need.

    Robin Rider

    VP of Operations API, AINS, AIS

    Joined the EFC team in 2022 as Vice President of Operations. Specializing in all personal lines exposures with over 35 years of experience and a licensed agent, broker and NYS Notary. Incredibly talented and detailed, she is a joy to all of our customers who enjoy her enthusiasm and dedication.

    Joined the EFC team in 2018. Incredibly talented, she is our Office Development Manager. Jessica oversees all of our advertising, marketing, social media and more. She is a licensed agent and broker and a valuable part of our sales team. A great asset!
